No. A small advance payment of 15–20% of the total rental cost is all that is required to secure your booking. Once confirmed, a voucher containing your full order details will be sent to your registered email address. The remaining balance is settled directly at the pick-up point using the payment methods listed on the booking page and your voucher.

Please bring your original passport, your national driving licence, and your rental voucher (a digital copy is accepted). An International Driving Permit may also be required depending on the destination country — please refer to the terms of booking for country-specific requirements.

This depends on the traffic regulations of your chosen destination. Some countries accept a national licence alone, while others require an International Driving Permit in addition. Full details for each region are outlined in our terms of booking — we recommend reviewing these before your trip.

Ensure you have all original documents on hand. Before signing, read the rental agreement carefully and confirm the acceptance certificate accurately reflects the car’s existing condition and fuel level. We also recommend photographing the vehicle from all angles — paying close attention to any pre-existing scratches, dents, or chips — to protect yourself in the event of a dispute.

Accepted payment methods for the remaining balance and any security deposit vary by vehicle and rental company. Available options are listed in the information footnote on each vehicle’s booking page and on your confirmation voucher. We recommend reviewing this before your pick-up date.

Absolutely. One-way rentals are fully supported. Simply select different pick-up and drop-off locations using the search bar on our website. Any applicable one-way fees will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Yes. If a child seat was included in your order and is confirmed on your voucher, it will be present in the vehicle at pick-up without exception. Your voucher serves as a binding confirmation of all extras included in your reservation.

Yes. You may add an “Additional Driver” to your order at the time of booking. At pick-up, the rental agent will register both drivers in the agreement. Please ensure the additional driver brings their original licence and any other required identification.

Mileage allowances vary by vehicle. The applicable limit for each car is clearly stated in the specifications section on its booking page. If you anticipate high mileage, we recommend selecting a vehicle with an unlimited mileage option where available.

No prior route approval is needed, provided you remain on public roads within the country. Please note that certain regions restrict access to specific roads or territories. At pick-up, your rental agent will be happy to advise on road conditions and recommended routes for your intended destinations.
